Residents in Deciles 1-4 Queue to Receive 30 Kg Rice Aid, Here Is the Location

State logistics firm Perum Bulog is distributing 30 kg of rice aid to 33.4 million recipients, including 2,328 residents of Kartini subdistrict in Central Jakarta.

A number of residents received the food aid from Perum Bulog at the Kartini subdistrict office in Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta, on Tuesday (15/9/2026).

The distribution in Kartini subdistrict targets 2,328 food aid recipients (PBP) across nine community units (RW).

The distribution is taking place over five days, covering the aid allocation for the July to September 2026 period.

There are two rice distribution sessions each day. Each recipient receives 30 kilogrammes of rice to help meet their daily food needs.

The food aid is given to members of the public in welfare deciles 1 to 4, based on their level of prosperity.

As of the second week of September 2026, Perum Bulog recorded that it had distributed around 552,000 tonnes of rice to 33.4 million food aid recipients across various regions of Indonesia.

The distribution of 30 kilogrammes of rice to 33.4 million recipients forms part of the government’s 2026 programme to help the poor cope with the impact of the El Niño phenomenon.
