Resbob Wants to Study in Bandung and Be Educated in Sundanese Customs After His Case is Resolved

YouTuber Resbob, or Adimas Firdaus Putra Nasihan, has stated that he wants to attend university in Bandung after his case of insulting the Sundanese ethnic group is resolved. He wishes to be educated in Sundanese customs. This statement was made by Resbob after undergoing a trial at the Bandung District Court on Monday (30/3/2026). Resbob said that, in addition to having been dropped out (DO) in Surabaya, he wants to receive cultural education closer to the Sundanese ethnic group. “I definitely want to go back to university, because I have been DOed from Wijayakusuma University in Surabaya. I intend to enter university at Universitas Pasundan, and I want to be educated in Sundanese customs. That is part of my wishes after everything is finished,” said Resbob, as quoted by detikJabar. At that moment, Resbob also conveyed a direct apology to the Governor of West Java, Dedi Mulyadi, and the Deputy Governor of West Java, Erwan Setiawan. He hopes his apology can be accepted, as well as lighten his future punishment. “I hope it goes according to what is expected. To Mr Governor, Mr Dedi, to Mr Deputy Governor also, Mr Erwan, I ask that my apology can be accepted,” he said. “It can be given leniency, because I have carried out this legal process well and undergone the punishment as well. So if someone is wrong, it should not be justified. But when someone wants to learn from their mistake, they should be forgiven,” he concluded.
