Resbob and Bigmo Named Suspects in Azizah Salsha Defamation Case: A Retrospective
Adimas Firdaus, known as Resbob, and Muhammad Jannah, known as Bigmo, have been officially named as suspects in a case of alleged defamation brought by Azizah Salsha, the daughter of DPR member Andre Rosiade. The designation was confirmed by Police Commissioner Rizki Agung Prakoso, head of Sub-Directorate I of Dittipidsiber at the Indonesian National Police’s Criminal Investigation Department (Bareskrim). ‘They are already suspects,’ Rizki told reporters on Thursday, 5 March 2026.
On 12 August 2025, Azizah Salsha, together with her legal counsel Anandya Dipo Pratama, reported two social media accounts to Bareskrim in relation to alleged defamation. The accounts were TikTok @ibaratbradpittt and YouTube channel Niceguymo. Anandya said the two accounts were suspected of spreading defamation against Azizah, who is the daughter of Gerindra politician Andre Rosiade. ‘Here we must set an example for the public to be more discerning in social media use. Do not spread defamation whose truth is not certain,’ Anandya said on Tuesday, 12 August 2025.
Following the report, Resbob and Bigmo apologised to Azizah in mediation held at the office of the Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim), Polri Headquarters, South Jakarta, on Friday 19 September 2025. ‘For me, I just want to apologise to Kak Azizah and her family, and I will certainly do better in the future,’ Bigmo said after the mediation. He hopes Azizah Salsha, full name Nurul Azizah Rosiade, will give him a chance to improve himself. Resbob expressed a similar hope that Azizah would open the door to forgiveness. ‘Hopefully, for Kak Azizah, the complainant, you will forgive me and my brother,’ said Resbob. ‘All of this is my fault because when they were younger, I left them. I apologise to Kak Zizah, I apologise, I know my son is wrong, and hopefully this will be a good lesson for him in the future,’ said Putri, the mother of Bigmo and Resbob.
Azizah’s lawyer, Anandya Dipo Pratama, explained that her client has not yet reached a settlement of peace with Bigmo and Resbob.
