Requirements and Schedule for Selection of Merah Putih Village Cooperative Managers

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The government has announced that it is opening 30,000 job vacancies for managers of Village/Urban Ward Cooperatives (Kopdes) Merah Putih. Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs Zulkifli Hasan (Zulhas) stated that participants who pass the selection will become employees of a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) under PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara. “All majors with a maximum age of 35 years,” said Zulhas at the Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs office in Jakarta on Wednesday (15/4/2026). The following are the requirements to become a Merah Putih Kopdes manager. Individuals wishing to participate in the selection process for prospective Merah Putih Kopdes managers must follow the determined selection stages as follows. Zulhas explained that participants who pass will become BUMN employees with a Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT). Registration is only conducted through one channel, namely https://phtc.panselnas.go.id/. Registration is not open at the Ministry of Cooperatives, the Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs, the Ministry of Villages and Underdeveloped Regions Development, or PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara. “All selection stages do not incur any fees and the venue is only through the channel https://phtc.panselnas.go.id/. So, there are no other places,” Zulhas emphasised.
