Required Documents for 2026 Jakarta Student Admission Pre-Registration for Junior and Senior High School
The pre-registration for the 2026 Jakarta Student Admission System (SPMB) for Junior High School (SMP) and Senior High/Vocational School (SMA/SMK) levels will be open from Tuesday, 19 May 2026, at 08:00 WIB until Wednesday, 10 June 2026, at 12:00 WIB. One of the critical requirements for prospective students is the completeness of documents that must be uploaded during the pre-registration process via the Sidanira system.
The required documents differ between the SMP and SMA/SMK levels, ranging from family cards and report card grades to achievement certificates where applicable.
Required documents for the SMP level include:

Family Card (Kartu Keluarga)
Report card grades for Grade 4 (Semesters 1 and 2)
Report card grades for Grade 5 (Semesters 1 and 2)
Report card grades for Grade 6 (Semester 1)

Absolute Statement of Responsibility (SPTJM) regarding document authenticity
Additional Documents (if applicable):
Certificate of average report card grade ranking from the school
Academic achievement certificates
Non-academic achievement certificates
Certificates of achievement from rigorous selection processes (non-competition)

Required documents for the SMA/SMK level include:

Pre-registration is mandatory for all prospective students applying for SMP, SMA, and/or SMK levels. Furthermore, prospective students must have been domiciled in Jakarta by no later than 15 June 2025, with the following provisions:
Graduates from schools outside Jakarta for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026.
Graduates from schools within Jakarta for the years 2024 and 2025.
Must not be registered in any other educational institution.
The stages of the 2026 Jakarta SPMB pre-registration are as follows:
Access the website https://sidanira.jakarta.go.id/prapendaftaran;
Register via the registration menu;
Complete the online form;
Print the proof of pre-registration verification results;
Log in again via https://sidanira.jakarta.go.id/prapendaftaran/login;
Upload scans or photos of original documents;
Monitor the uploaded documents;
Monitor the document verification results;
Print the pre-registration submission receipt.
