Report on 54 TNI Officers Promoted, Presidential Secretary Officially Promoted to Three-Star Rank

Inspector General Laksdya Hersan, representing TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, led the Rank Promotion Report Ceremony for 54 senior TNI officers at Gatot Subroto Hall, TNI Headquarters, Cilangkap, East Jakarta, on Monday, 16 March 2026.

The promotions were awarded to 28 Army officers, 12 Navy officers, and 14 Air Force officers. According to Hersan, the promotions represent recognition of the senior officers’ dedication, performance, and service in carrying out their duties and responsibilities.

Among the Army officers promoted were Lieutenant General Ariyo Windutomo, serving as the Presidential Secretary, Major General Iwan Bambang Setiawan as Commander of TNI Medical Services, Major General Ahmad Fikri Musmar as Commander of Kostrad Infantry Division 1, and Major General Aulia Dwi Nasrullah as TNI Chief of Public Information. Notably, the Presidential Secretary position underwent an organisational validation from a two-star to three-star rank.

Among the Navy and Air Force promotions were Rear Admiral Dafit Santoso, serving as Deputy for Legal Information and Cooperation at the Coast Guard and Maritime Security Agency, Rear Admiral Sumarji Bimoaji as Commander of Naval Command XIII, Rear Admiral Hadi Prayitno as Chief of Naval Fleet II Operations, and Air Marshal Jatmiko Adi as Intelligence Assistant to the Air Force Commander.
