Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Minister of Basic and Secondary Education (Mendikdasmen), Abdul Mu’ti, has reminded TKA supervisors not to seek sensation by uploading to their personal social media accounts regarding activities during TKA supervision. During last year’s TKA implementation, Mendikdasmen admitted that his office received evaluation reports of supervisors recording activities while the test was ongoing, so this year they have prepared firm sanctions for TKA supervisors who behave contrary to the TKA implementation rules. During this year’s TKA implementation, he continued, there will be no hesitation in blacklisting the names of supervisors found to have committed violations during the TKA implementation. This blacklist, he continued, will result in the exclusion of the concerned supervisor from TKA implementation in the following year. Some behaviours of supervisors that are not in accordance with the rules include recording test-taking activities, smoking near the test room area, or cheating actions, such as completing questions for participants or assisting test participants in cheating. “I urge our supervisors to carry out their duties as they should, in accordance with the procedures and rules in TKA. Supervisors who act out of line, I will ground them; I won’t use them as long as I’m Minister,” he asserted firmly. For information, some violations committed by supervisors in last year’s TKA implementation at the high school level included conducting livestreaming during TKA completion in 6 cases, allowing test participants to use gadgets in 1 case, and disseminating the supervisor dashboard in 1 case.
