Religious festival bonus
Religious festival bonus
From Republika
To be an employee at a private company is lucky. Compared to civil servants, the pay scale is higher, and in the context of religious festivities, the government always urges private companies to pay religious bonuses to their employees.
In fact, both private employees and civil servants have the same basic needs, including the need to observe the religious occasion. But the government is not in the position to pay a religious bonus to civil servants. So I suggest that the government pay a religious bonus to civil servants as the private companies do.
