Religious Court Rules Arkana as Ridwan Kamil's Child

The Bandung Religious Court (PA) has officially declared Ridwan Kamil as the parent of Arkana Aidan Misbach. “Decides. Grants the petition of the applicant (Ridwan Kamil),” read the ruling as seen by CNNIndonesia.com on the SIPP PA Bandung page, Wednesday (15/7). “Declares valid the child adoption carried out by the applicant named: Mochamad Ridwan Kamil for a male child named: Arkana Aidan Misbach, born in Bandung on 28 February 2020,” added the copy of the ruling. The case, registered under number 729/Pdt.P/2026/PA.Badg, was filed by Ridwan Kamil last June. In the verdict, the Bandung PA Judge stated that this ruling could be processed directly at the Bandung City Civil Registry Office. “Orders the Applicant to submit a copy of this Ruling to the Bandung City Civil Registry Office so that the child adoption is recorded in the register book provided for that purpose and also noted in the relevant birth certificate,” concluded the ruling.
