Registration Opens for National Internship Batch 3: Link and Requirements

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — Registration for the third batch of the MagangHub National Internship programme opens today, 27 October 2026, and runs until 4 November 2026. University graduates interested in an internship can apply for the programme, which begins on 16 November.

The programme offers 70,000 positions at private companies, giving graduates the opportunity to gain direct work experience.

Applicants must first create a SIAPkerja account at account.kemnaker.go.id/register. Once the account has been set up, they can apply through maganghub.kemnaker.go.id.

Before applying, candidates should ensure they meet the MagangHub requirements:

• Be an Indonesian citizen and hold a National Identity Number (NIK).

• Be a recent graduate with a diploma, bachelor’s degree or professional qualification, with no more than one year having passed since the diploma was issued. Graduates holding a professional certificate may apply within two years of the diploma’s issue date.

• Have graduated from a higher education institution registered with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology.

How to create a SIAPkerja account

The first step in applying for the internship programme is to create a SIAPkerja account. Follow these steps:

• Visit account.kemnaker.go.id/register.

• Enter the NIK on your identity card and your full name as shown on the card, then click “Next”.

• Enter an active email address and mobile phone number.

• Create a password that meets the applicable security requirements.

• Click “Register Now”.

• Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS to verify your account.

• Once verification is complete, the SIAPkerja account is ready to use.

How to apply for MagangHub Batch 3

Graduates can then apply for an internship and choose a company through the Ministry of Manpower’s website. The steps are:

• Visit maganghub.kemnaker.go.id.

• Ensure your SIAPkerja account is active. Complete your personal details and other information accurately, and check them once finished.

• Upload documents such as your identity card, diploma, transcript, photograph and CV.

• Search for the internship position you want.

• Once you have found a position, follow the instructions to submit your application.

• Check the recruitment process and selection results regularly.

Registration for MagangHub Batch 3 is open until 4 November 2026. The programme schedule is:

• Registration: 27 October–4 November 2026

• Recruitment and nominations: 5–11 November 2026

• Selection and participant approval by the Ministry of Manpower: 12–13 November 2026
