Registration for Free Transjakarta Cards Opens at 2 Locations in Jakarta CFD on 26 April
Registration for the Free Service Card (KLG) has reopened at Car Free Day (CFD) events in Jakarta on Sunday (26/4/2026) with a limited quota. The programme targets elderly individuals and people with disabilities to access free public transportation in Jakarta, including Transjakarta, MRT, and LRT Jakarta. The DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency provides two registration locations: the Bundaran HI area (in front of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel) and the Hari Bebas Kendaraan Bermotor (HBKB) on Jalan Pemuda, East Jakarta (in front of Pizza Hut). Registration opens from 06:00 to 10:00 WIB. According to official information from the @dishubdkijakarta Instagram account, the quota for that day is limited to a maximum of 200 cards, with 150 cards at Bundaran HI and 50 cards in East Jakarta. The public is urged to comply with regulations and follow the instructions of officers during the registration process. Besides the CFD locations, KLG registration can also be done through Bank Jakarta, specifically for KJP Plus and KJMU recipients, flat residents, DKI civil servants (ASN), and DKI PNS retirees. Registration is also available online via the official website klg.transjakarta.co.id. This online service covers various groups, such as Tim Penggerak PKK, PJLP and non-ASN employees of the DKI Provincial Government, people with disabilities, the elderly, RI veterans, private sector employees holding KPJ, early childhood education teachers, worship place guardians, Kepulauan Seribu residents, and TNI/Polri members. The DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency urges the public to monitor official information through digital channels, including the @dishubdkijakarta Instagram account and the official Transjakarta website, to avoid invalid information.
