The public can register online starting at 10.00 WIB via the official portal at https://pandang.istana presiden.go.id/. The entire registration process is free of charge, and invitations are strictly non-transferable and not for sale. The public is advised to be wary of fraud on behalf of the Ministry of State Secretariat. To register, applicants must prepare a digital file of their national identity card (KTP) or Child Identity Card (KIA) and a formal selfie holding the identity document. After filling out the online form, applicants must confirm their registration via a link sent to their email. Physical invitations must later be collected by presenting the original identity document. Attendees must be in good physical and mental health, free from communicable diseases that pose a risk in crowds, and must have completed the national vaccination programme. One national identity number (NIK) is valid for only one registration. The dress code suggests traditional Indonesian attire that is modest and formal. T-shirts, jeans, flip-flops, and casual sneakers are prohibited. Gates will open three hours before the ceremony and close one hour prior, with attendees advised to arrive at least two hours early due to strict security checks by the Presidential Security Force (Paspampres). Prohibited items include weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, political banners, large glass or plastic bottles, large backpacks, and DSLR or mirrorless cameras unless accredited for media.
