  • School Operators: Diploma III (D-III) in Administration, Archiving, Informatics Management, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

  • Financial Managers: Diploma III (D-III) in Financial Administration, Accounting, Economic Accounting, Finance and Banking, Computerised Accounting, Administrative Management, or Financial and Banking Management.

  • Administrative Staff: High School (SLTA) or equivalent.

For Region IV, the educational requirements are more flexible:

  • Foster Parents: Bachelor’s (S-1) or Diploma IV (D-IV) in any major.

  • Dormitory Supervisors: Bachelor’s (S-1) or Diploma IV (D-IV) in any major.

  • School Operators: Diploma III (D-III) in any major.

  • Financial Managers: Diploma III (D-III) in any major.

  • Administrative Staff: High School (SLTA) or equivalent.

General Requirements

As per the Announcement from the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), applicants must also meet the following general criteria:

  • Indonesian citizen (WNI) who is devout to God Almighty.

  • Aged between 20 and 45 years.

  • No prior criminal record involving imprisonment of 2 years or more.

  • Never been dishonourably discharged from civil service (ASN), the military (TNI), the police (Polri), or private employment.

  • Not currently serving as a civil servant (CPNS/PNS), PPPK, military personnel, or police officer.

  • Not involved in political parties or practical politics.

  • Physically and mentally healthy, and free from narcotics and psychotropic substances.

  • Possess a clean police record (SKCK).

  • University graduates (S-1, D-V, D-III) must have a minimum departmental accreditation of ‘B’ and a minimum GPA of 3.10.

  • Willing to be stationed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and willing to work in shifts.
