Registration for 2026 'Sekolah Rakyat' Educational Staff PPPK Now Open; Check Requirements!
Registration for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) for Educational Staff (Tendik) at Sekolah Rakyat for 2026 has officially opened today via the official SSCASN BKN website. Prospective applicants are advised to review the requirements thoroughly before applying.
According to the selection guidelines outlined in the Request for Approval of the Procurement Guidelines for Teachers and Educational Staff of Sekolah Rakyat (Letter No: S-7D2/MS/HM.01.03/5/2026) from the Ministry of Social Affairs, five educational staff positions are available: foster parents (wali asuh), dormitory supervisors (wali asrama), school operators, financial managers, and administrative staff.
Successful candidates will be placed in one of the four regions selected during the application process. Notably, educational requirements for each position vary depending on the assigned region, necessitating careful review.
Educational Requirements for 2026 Sekolah Rakyat PPPK
Based on the aforementioned document, there are four placement regions for the 2026 Sekolah Rakyat staff:
Region I: Aceh, Bengkulu, Jambi, Riau Islands, Lampung, Riau, West Sumatra, South Sumatra, and North Sumatra.
Region II: Bali, Banten, Special Region of Yogyakarta, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, East Java, and West Nusa Tenggara.
Region III: Gorontalo, West Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Kalimantan, West Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, and North Sulawesi.
Region IV: Maluku, North Maluku, East Nusa Tenggara, Papua, South Papua, and Central Papua.
For applicants interested in Regions I, II, and III, the educational qualifications are as follows:
Foster Parents: Bachelor’s (S-1) or Diploma IV (D-IV) in Social Welfare, Guidance and Counselling, Psychology, Special Education, or Out-of-School Education.
Dormitory Supervisors: Bachelor’s (S-1) or Diploma IV (D-IV) in Social Welfare, Social Work, Guidance and Counselling, Psychology, Special Education, Out-of-School Education, or Management.
School Operators: Diploma III (D-III) in Administration, Archiving, Informatics Management, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
Financial Managers: Diploma III (D-III) in Financial Administration, Accounting, Economic Accounting, Finance and Banking, Computerised Accounting, Administrative Management, or Financial and Banking Management.
Administrative Staff: High School (SLTA) or equivalent.
For Region IV, the educational requirements are more flexible:
Foster Parents: Bachelor’s (S-1) or Diploma IV (D-IV) in any major.
Dormitory Supervisors: Bachelor’s (S-1) or Diploma IV (D-IV) in any major.
School Operators: Diploma III (D-III) in any major.
Financial Managers: Diploma III (D-III) in any major.
Administrative Staff: High School (SLTA) or equivalent.
General Requirements
As per the Announcement from the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos), applicants must also meet the following general criteria:
Indonesian citizen (WNI) who is devout to God Almighty.
Aged between 20 and 45 years.
No prior criminal record involving imprisonment of 2 years or more.
Never been dishonourably discharged from civil service (ASN), the military (TNI), the police (Polri), or private employment.
Not currently serving as a civil servant (CPNS/PNS), PPPK, military personnel, or police officer.
Not involved in political parties or practical politics.
Physically and mentally healthy, and free from narcotics and psychotropic substances.
Possess a clean police record (SKCK).
University graduates (S-1, D-V, D-III) must have a minimum departmental accreditation of ‘B’ and a minimum GPA of 3.10.
Willing to be stationed throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and willing to work in shifts.
