Regine Velasques to come here

JAKARTA (JP): Singer Regine Velasques will arrive in Indonesia this week on a promotional tour for her new album My Love Emotion.

Regine, who was born 25 years ago in Manila, started singing when she was four and entered numerous contests from the age of six.

She is well known for her hits such as In Love With You, It's Hard to Say Goodbye with Paul Anka, and Listen Without Prejudice. Her last album, Listen Without Prejudice, sold well over 40,000 copies in the Philippines and 75,000 in Indonesia. She hopes that her latest album will be an even better hit than her previous ones.

Regine will also visit Surakarta and the other parts of Java while she is here. (07)
