In Tulungagung, Blitar and Kediri small-scale cattle breeders
have for some time been frustrated by an acute cattle disease and
the collection of income tax that tax collectors have said to be
owing since the 1995 - 1996 fiscal year.

The tax collectors have also imposed a fine on these income
tax arrears, therefore making the amount we are supposed to pay
soar.

The director general of taxation must reform the present tax
collection system to ensure that taxpayers know exactly how much
they have to pay and also to prevent delinquent tax collectors
from abusing their power.

If necessary, delinquent taxpayers should be stationed outside
Java.
