XIAOMI Indonesia has officially launched the Redmi Watch 6, designed to support an active and balanced lifestyle increasingly popular among younger generations. Under the motto Big Views, Big Moves, the smartwatch will be available from 25 May 2026. With a large display, the Redmi Watch 6 makes it easier for users to monitor exercise progress and their body’s condition, while helping them stay active and balanced amidst dynamic daily activities. “Exercise has now become part of a lifestyle. At the same time, they want to maintain a balance between activity, health, and daily life. Therefore, we present the Redmi Watch 6, a smartwatch easy to use, insightful, with a long-lasting battery to accompany users in a range of activities,” said Marketing Director of Xiaomi Indonesia, Andi Renreng, in a press release received on Thursday, 21 May. The Redmi Watch 6 immediately catches the eye thanks to its 2.07-inch AMOLED display with a ultra-thin 2 mm bezel. The large, clear display gives a premium impression and makes it a statement piece for young people seeking a sporty look. Additionally, the Redmi Watch 6’s display features a 60 Hz refresh rate and brightness up to 2,000 nits, allowing users to view notifications, check exercise progress, and monitor heart rate comfortably and clearly, even when outdoors. The display’s convenience is complemented by quick access to essential features thanks to a new physical button. Users can press the physical button once to open the Control Center, press and hold to enter the restart menu, and press the button three times to call emergency contacts. Not only easy to use, the Redmi Watch 6 is a versatile device that can cater to a range of fitness needs. There are over 150 activity options, complete with a dual L1 antenna, GNSS chip, and water resistance up to 5 ATM, usable to a depth of 50 metres. The smartwatch enables users to undertake various sporting activities with accurate tracking. Users can monitor calories burned and heart rate during workouts more precisely thanks to upgraded PPG sensor technology in the latest Redmi Watch 6. To maximise workout progress, the Redmi Watch 6 also helps guide users to avoid overtraining and to rest optimally. All-day heart-rate monitoring and all-day blood oxygen monitoring help users exercise within their limits to reduce the risk of injury and excessive fatigue. The Redmi Watch 6 is available in Silver Gray, Obsidian Black, and Glacier Blue. The device is priced at Rp1,499,000.
