Redmi Headphones Neo Officially Launched with 42 dB ANC and 72-Hour Battery Life
Xiaomi has quietly launched its latest over-ear headphones globally, the Redmi Headphones Neo. Previously launched in Japan, the headphones are now available across multiple Asian, European, and Australian markets. The Redmi Headphones Neo features mid-range capabilities, including Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). Xiaomi claims the ANC can reduce ambient noise up to 42 decibels (dB), ensuring users enjoy their favourite music comfortably in noisy environments. Three microphones block external noise while enhancing call quality. For audio performance, the headphones feature 40mm dynamic drivers capable of producing a frequency range of 20Hz to 40kHz via wired connection. It has Hi-Res Audio certification for high-quality sound output and offers five user-selectable EQ modes. Powered by a 600mAh built-in battery, the device supports Bluetooth 5.4 for stable connectivity. Designed as over-ear headphones with large ear cushions, the headband is adjustable for prolonged comfort. In Malaysia, the device, measuring 202 x 183 x 47mm and weighing approximately 263g, is available in Obsidian Black and Sand White. Priced at 239 Malaysian ringgit (approximately £43 or Rp1 million), there is currently no information on an Indonesian launch.
