RedDoorz Aggressively Expands, Partnering with 4,100 Property Owners
RedDoorz is expanding its hospitality business network in Southeast Asia by relying on a technology-based business model and partnerships with independent property owners. Entering its 11th year, the company has partnered with more than 4,100 properties in Indonesia and the Philippines, spread across more than 300 cities.
This expansion is carried out through seven hotel brands targeting various traveller segments. RedDoorz is developing its portfolio ranging from budget to premium accommodation and private stays.
The company also relies on technology to support the management of its partner hotel network. Internally developed platforms are used for dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, operational automation, property quality monitoring, and managing guest interactions.
Founder and CEO of RedDoorz, Amit Saberwal, stated that the company’s network growth over more than a decade is inseparable from cooperation with property owners and the technological advancements used in operations.
“For 11 years, RedDoorz has never walked alone. Every step we have taken to this day is the result of customer trust, the support of property partners, the dedication of employees and RedKru, as well as collaboration with the media and communities,” Amit said in a statement on Tuesday (1/9/2026).
This partnership model allows RedDoorz to expand its network without having to own all hotel assets. The company noted that an asset-light approach is used to maintain efficiency while expanding business reach.
RedDoorz currently operates seven brands, namely RedDoorz Classic, SANS, Sunerra, Urbanview, Lavana, RedLiving, and one other brand targeting a different segment. This portfolio is developed to meet the needs of travellers from economy to premium segments.
In addition to expanding its network, RedDoorz is also developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to support partner hotel operations. The platform processes data from each property to assist in price management, estimate market demand, and improve operational efficiency.
This network development serves as the context for RedDoorz’s 11th anniversary celebration. The company held the RedDoorz Spec11al Anniversary Show at Blok M Hub, Jakarta, attended by over 5,000 people, including customers, hotel owners, employees, media, and communities.
The celebration also included various other activities, such as a Treasure Hunt in 11 cities and an 11 Trivia programme on Threads. RedDoorz also provided promotions with discounts of up to Rp11,000 to customers.
Beyond commercial activities, RedDoorz has partnered with the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) to distribute donations for communities affected by earthquakes in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) and forest and land fires in Kalimantan.
The Head of BAZNAS RI for Mobilisation and Collection, Rizaludin Kurniawan, stated that this collaboration is a form of support for disaster-affected communities.
“BAZNAS RI expresses its appreciation and gratitude to RedDoorz for the care and trust provided. This donation is a tangible form of the spirit of mutual cooperation to help our brothers and sisters affected by disasters,” said Rizaludin.
Entering its 11th year, RedDoorz still faces the challenge of maintaining network growth while ensuring that expansion impacts the performance of partner properties. Strengthening technology and brand diversification remain the company’s strategies to face competition in the hospitality industry and changing traveller behaviour in the Southeast Asian region.
