Red and White Village Cooperative Recruitment: Link, Registration Method, Document Requirements, Quota, Schedule
The government, through the National Selection Committee for Human Resources (Panselnas SDM) of the Best Quick Results Programme (PHTC), has officially opened recruitment for managers of the Red and White Village Cooperatives (KDMP) and Red and White Fishery Villages (KNMP).

Recruitment for employees of the Red and White Village Cooperatives and Red and White Fishery Villages is open from 15 April to 24 April 2026. Every prospective participant who meets the general requirements below can register for the KDMP and KNMP recruitment:
Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
Aged at least 20 years and at most 35 years.
D4/S1 education (all majors) for KDMP and KNMP manager vacancies.
Minimum D3 education (all majors) for administrative finance, production head, and quality assurance vacancies in KNMP.
Minimum GPA of 2.75.
Quota, formations, and contract for KDMP and KNMP recruitment
Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan (Zulhas) announced that the KDMP and KNMP recruitment is open with a quota of 35,476 people.
The details are a quota of 30,000 for the Red and White Village Cooperative manager position, which will be under PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara. Then, a quota of 5,476 is open for KNMP employee positions, with employment status under PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara.
Zulhas stated that those who pass the selection will become employees of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) with a Fixed-Time Work Agreement (PKWT) scheme for two years.
In this recruitment, there are at least four formations that prospective participants can apply for. The employee formations in the KDMP and KNMP recruitment are as follows:

In the registration process for this recruitment, there are two stages that prospective participants must go through. First, prospective participants must create an account on the website. Then, prospective participants can register for the selection. This is the method to register for KDMP and KNMP recruitment.
How to register an account for KDMP and KNMP recruitment
Open the KDMP and KNMP recruitment registration link above.
Then, register an account by clicking the “Create account” option.
Next, fill in all data on the account registration form, starting from NIK data, KK number, full name, place and date of birth, active mobile phone number, and active email.
Create a password.
After that, take a selfie and upload a KTP photo. Ensure the camera is permitted to access the website https://phtc.panselnas.go.id so that a selfie can be taken.
Click the “process account registration” option.
Finally, participants can print the account registration card. Importantly, one NIK can only be used to register an account once.

Then, complete the biodata.
Select the type of selection and formation.
Complete the data for the selected formation and the latest education data.
Then, upload all documents that are requirements for selection registration.

There are several documents that are requirements for the Red and White Village Cooperative and Red and White Fishery Village selection.
