Recruitment Opens for 30,000 Kopdes Merah Putih Managers, Successful Applicants to Become SOE Employees

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan (Zulhas) has announced that the recruitment process for 35,476 individuals to manage Kopdes Merah Putih cooperatives and Kampung Nelayan Merah Putih (KNMP) fishing villages has opened as of 15 April 2026.

Zulhas stated that those who pass the selection will become employees of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) under a fixed-term employment contract (PKWT) for two years.

He emphasised that this recruitment aims to find competent individuals to manage Kopdes Merah Putih and KNMP.

Zulhas detailed that the 35,476 job vacancies consist of 30,000 positions for Kopdes Merah Putih managers, who will be under PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara.

Meanwhile, the remaining 5,476 vacancies are for KNMP staff positions, with employment status under PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara.

In the recruitment process, the government will conduct an open selection.

Registration is open from 15 April 2026 to 24 April 2026 via the website phtc.panselnas.go.id.

Zulkifli conveyed that the selection is open to D3, D4, and S1 graduates from all majors, with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (IPK) of 2.75 and a maximum age of 35 years.

“Furthermore, we emphasise that all stages of this selection will not incur any fees,” he said.

He assured that the selection process will be conducted fairly.

Zulkifli also urged prospective applicants to beware of various forms of scams promising success without going through the official selection process.

“No party can guarantee passing. If any party asks for compensation and promises success, that means they are deceiving and lying,” Zulhas stated.
