Registration Schedule and General Requirements for KDMP and KNMP Recruitment
Recruitment for employees of the Merah Putih Village Cooperatives and Merah Putih Fishermen’s Villages is open from 15 April to 24 April 2026. Every prospective participant meeting the following general requirements may register for KDMP and KNMP recruitment:
Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
Aged at least 20 years and at most 35 years.
D4/S1 education (all majors) for KDMP and KNMP manager vacancies.
Minimum D3 education (all majors) for financial administration, production head, and quality assurance vacancies in KNMP.
Minimum GPA of 2.75.
Quota, Positions, and Contract for KDMP and KNMP Recruitment
Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan (Zulhas) announced that this KDMP and KNMP recruitment is open with a quota of 35,476 people. The breakdown is a quota of 30,000 for Merah Putih Village Cooperative manager positions, which will be under PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara. Then, a quota of 5,476 is open for KNMP employee positions, with employment status under PT Agrinas Jaladri Nusantara.
Zulhas stated that those who pass the selection will become state-owned enterprise (BUMN) employees under a Fixed-Term Employment Agreement (PKWT) for two years.

In the recruitment registration process, there are two stages that prospective participants must go through. First, prospective participants must create an account on the website. Then, prospective participants can register for the selection. This is how to register for KDMP and KNMP recruitment.

Next, fill in all data on the account registration form, starting from NIK data, KK number, full name, place and date of birth, active mobile phone number, and active email.
Create a password.
After that, take a selfie and upload a KTP photo. Ensure the camera has been permitted access to the website https://phtc.panselnas.go.id so that the selfie can be taken.
Click the “process account registration” option.
Finally, participants can print the account registration card. Importantly, one NIK can only be used to register an account once.

Then, complete the biodata.
Select the type of selection and position.
Complete the data for the selected position and the latest education data.
Then, upload all documents required for selection registration.
If all required documents have been uploaded, users can complete the registration process and follow the subsequent selection stages according to the determined schedule.
Requirements for KDMP and KNMP Registration
There are several documents required for the Merah Putih Village Cooperatives and Merah Putih Fishermen’s Villages selection. Original diploma or Final Exam Report Card (not legalised) according to the educational qualifications and position requirements applied for. For graduates of foreign higher education institutions, the diploma must be attached that has been equated by the ministry organising government affairs in education, science, and technology (Colour scan, maximum size 1000 KB, pdf).
Original transcript of grades (not legalised) or provisional transcript providing Cumulative Achievement Index (GPA) information. For graduates of foreign higher education institutions, there is a GPA conversion on the equivalence letter from the ministry organising government affairs in education, science, and technology (Colour scan, maximum size 1000 KB, pdf).
Recent formal colour photograph, no older than 6 months, size 4x6 with a blue background, wearing neat clothing such as a shirt, face clearly visible, facing forward, single person, and not a selfie (Maximum size 500 KB, jpg).
