Recording Profit, Digital Insurance Together (YOII) Yet to Distribute Dividends to Investors
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Asuransi Digital Bersama Tbk (YOII) recorded a profit of Rp 20.14 billion up to December 2025. The profit rose 18.96% year-on-year compared to the same period last year. Although it has secured a profit, the company has no plans to distribute dividends to its shareholders. CEO of PT Asuransi Digital Bersama Tbk (YOII), Adi Wibowo Adisaputro, stated that the profit was supported by insurance service revenue that soared 289.87% in the same period to Rp 458.72 billion. He explained that although 2025 was full of challenges and pressures from various economic aspects, YOII was still able to post good performance. The company is currently continuing to strengthen its long-term strategy. “Our efforts to bring innovative insurance products certainly require a strong capital structure; one of our strategic steps will be to allocate the entire net profit from last year as capital for future development,” he said during YOII’s Public Expose on Wednesday (15/4/2026). Adi added that the company’s profit growth was still primarily driven by positive performance from personal accident insurance and travel insurance products. The company is still focused on expanding its personal accident and travel product portfolio by introducing various innovations that adapt to insurance needs in the digital lifestyle era. In addition, Adi mentioned that the company’s total assets last year reached Rp 347.25 billion, or up around 38.43% compared to the same period last year. Then, total liabilities rose around 51.44% to Rp 136.22 billion compared to the 2024 period. YOII’s total equity was also recorded to rise around 31.15% to Rp 211.03 billion compared to the previous year’s period. Although it has recorded net profit, Asuransi Digital Indonesia has no plans to distribute dividends to shareholders. This is because the company still needs to ensure capital adequacy as required by OJK for insurance companies.
