Record High! PANI's Profit Soars 484%, Aguan Reveals the Cause

The issuer owned by conglomerate Sugianto Kusuma, also known as Aguan, PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI), recorded revenue of Rp2.9 trillion, an increase of 78% year-on-year (YoY) during the first half of 2026. Meanwhile, the PIK2 developer’s net profit soared 484% to Rp1.7 trillion. This achievement marks the highest net profit record in PANI’s history. The performance growth was driven by land handovers in the CBD PIK2 area as the main revenue contributor. In addition, handovers of residential and commercial products in the PIK2 area also continued to increase, originating from projects such as Rumah Milenial, Permata Hijau Residences, Manhattan Residences, Pantai Bukit Villa, Bukit Nirmala, and Pasir Putih Residences. PANI President Director Sugianto Kusuma said the achievement in the first half of 2026 is an important milestone that further strengthens the company’s position as one of the leading property developers in Indonesia. ‘The 78% annual revenue increase and the surge in performance in the second quarter are historic records in PANI’s journey. This shows that PANI is still trusted by the market as one of the leading property developers in Indonesia,’ he stated.
