Realme 16 5G becomes first in its class to feature 'Selfie Mirror'

Jakarta (ANTARA) – Realme, a smartphone brand, is set to introduce the realme 16 5G in Indonesia as the first handset in its class to be equipped with a ‘Selfie Mirror’. This feature is intentionally included to create a rear-selfie experience never before offered by the smartphone industry. ‘The feature not only delivers more precise image quality, but also provides a different social and aesthetic experience. We believe that this innovation will set a new trend in enjoying everyday photography,’ said Krisva Angnieszca, Public Relations Lead of realme Indonesia, in a statement in Jakarta, on Thursday.

Delving further into the camera specifications, the realme 16 5G features a dual-camera configuration of 50 MP, with one sensor located at the front and one at the rear. For the rear camera, realme uses the Sony IMX852 50 MP sensor and is supported by the LumaColor IMAGE portrait algorithm. The same algorithm is also embedded in the realme 16 Pro series 5G.

In addition to the Selfie Mirror feature, one aspect highlighted by the realme 16 5G is a design named Air Design. This design emphasises a light yet distinctive appearance with a camera bar styled like flagship phones.
