Jakarta, VIVA – Bank Mandiri continues to strengthen its role in sustaining momentum of national economic growth by enhancing operational capabilities and business solutions for business players. Now, through the Wholesale Digital Super Platform Kopra by Mandiri, Bank Mandiri presents an integrated solution that helps exporters monitor, manage, and ensure compliance with the placement of DHE SDA into Special Accounts (Rekening Khusus, Reksus) in accordance with applicable regulations.

As regulated in Government Regulation No. 8 of 2025, DHE SDA is foreign exchange earnings arising from the exploitation, management, and/or processing of natural resources that must be placed within the national financial system through certain mechanisms. In practice, managing DHE SDA requires administrative precision and consistent transaction monitoring to help firms maintain compliance while optimising cash flow.

To address this need, Kopra by Mandiri introduces the DHE Tracker feature, designed to provide comprehensive visibility of incoming transactions to the DHE SDA Special Account. Through this feature, companies can monitor incoming funds in real time, making reconciliation and recording more accurate, faster and efficient.

Senior Vice President of Digital Wholesale Banking at Bank Mandiri, Yohan Sugiono, said that with ongoing innovation the bank ensures that DHE SDA management not only meets compliance requirements but also provides ease, transparency and efficiency for exporters. Through Kopra by Mandiri, the bank helps firms manage their foreign exchange obligations more controllably while at the same time optimising business liquidity.

“This innovation is part of Bank Mandiri’s commitment to supporting Indonesian exporters to grow sustainably and competitively in the global market. At the same time, it also strengthens the national financial system and drives sustainable economic growth,” Yohan said in the official statement on Tuesday (3/3).

Through the DHE Tracker feature, exporters gain various conveniences to support their business operations. Reporting and auditing, all information is presented within one integrated digital ecosystem, thereby minimising recording errors and data duplication.

One of the main advantages of this feature is its self-flagging capability, which allows companies to categorise incoming funds by type, such as oil and gas export proceeds, non-oil and gas, or other transactions in line with the regulations. This categorisation helps the finance team prepare internal reports, support audit processes, and ensure regulatory obligations are met in a more orderly and well-documented manner.
