Razor wire

On Nov.25 you printed a photograph of two workers who were
putting what you called "barbed wire" on top of the fence of the
British Embassy in Jakarta. I can assure you that the wire is
what is commonly named "razor wire".

We have to handle this razor wire, which is used by many
military installations, with much more care than ordinary barbed
wire.
