Rapid Growth in Construction Industry Drives Demand for Certified Human Resources

The increasingly dynamic development of the construction industry continues to demand that companies and their human resources enhance their abilities and competencies.

Purnomo, Director of Business Development, Human Capital & Legal at PT Brantas Abayraya (Persero), stated that technological changes, digitalisation, evolving labour regulations, and rising demands for corporate governance make competence a critical factor in facing industrial shifts.

“In the midst of such rapid change, experience alone is not enough. We must ensure that this experience is supported by measurable competence, continuously updated knowledge, and the ability to adapt to change,” Purnomo said in a statement on Thursday, 10 September 2026.

In response to these industry demands, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) is conducting a Human Resources Management (HRM) Work Competency Certification, providing free certification access to 100 participants.

Purnomo noted that this programme is not only intended for Abipraya personnel but also opens opportunities for university students and Brantas Abipraya’s partners to improve their competencies in the field of Human Resources Management.
