RANS Extends Partnership with Mayora, Value of Cooperation Still Undisclosed
PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (RANS) and Mayora Group have extended their partnership, which has been in place since 2019. The latest collaboration covers the development of various RANS intellectual properties (IP), ranging from entertainment events to family experiences, and will be expanded to a number of larger-scale projects.
Programmes included in the collaboration are RANS Carnival and Cipungland. Mayora will also be involved in marketing activities, sponsorship, product sampling, and activities that provide direct experiences to consumers.
However, despite the partnership having run for seven years, RANS has not yet disclosed the value of the latest cooperation with Mayora. Management stated that the value of the cooperation is still developing as the number of joint projects increases.
RANS President Director Nagita Slavina said the cooperation with Mayora will continue in various entertainment projects and RANS IP. “Regarding the value, there is already a value, but this is still ongoing, and this will be a long-term cooperation,” Nagita said in a statement to journalists.
She said the value of the cooperation in the future may still change and has the potential to increase. “The figure is still changing and getting bigger,” she said.
Going forward, Nagita continued, the collaboration between RANS and Mayora will be expanded to a number of larger-scale IPs, including the D’MASIV Asia Concert and the DUDAS-1 Asia Tour. The series of activities is targeted to reach more cities and communities.
When asked about the contribution of the cooperation to RANS’ revenue, management also did not provide a figure. Management said the amount of the contribution is still in process and will be visible after the programmes run.
Nagita said RANS will continue to pay attention to revenue targets and obligations as a publicly listed company. “We must be responsible. We have to see how much we target to get in revenue, equity, and so on,” she said.
According to her, the development of the cooperation value will eventually become open as the company’s business progresses. “We will definitely see, sooner or later, the figure will be disclosed,” said Nagita.
The cooperation also involves LINK Group International as a marketing and media network partner. LINK Group helps align marketing and communication strategies between RANS and Mayora.
RANS itself was just listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on 10 July 2026. Through the initial public offering (IPO), the company offered 2.525 billion shares, or 20.02 percent of the issued and fully paid capital, at a price of Rp170 per share.
From this corporate action, RANS raised Rp429.25 billion. The IPO proceeds are being used for business expansion, including organising concerts, acquiring 51 percent of shares in PT Rans Kosmetika Indonesia, developing Cipungland, investing in an artificial intelligence (AI)-based joint venture, repaying part of an investment credit facility, and strengthening working capital.
In trading on Monday (10/8/2026), RANS shares closed at Rp206 per share, down Rp6 or 2.83 percent compared to the previous close of Rp212. Despite the decline in that session, RANS shares remained 21.2 percent above the IPO price of Rp170 per share.
