PT Rans Entertainmen Indonesia Tbk (RANS) is preparing to list on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through an initial public offering (IPO). The media and entertainment company, led by Nagita Slavina Tengker, opened its bookbuilding period on 23–25 June 2026 with an indicative price range of Rp135 to Rp170 per share. The company is offering 25.15 million lots, representing 20.02 percent of its issued and fully paid capital after the public offering. The public offering period is scheduled for 2–8 July 2026, followed by allotment on 8 July, share distribution on 9 July, and listing on the IDX on 10 July. RANS will trade under the ticker code RANS in the Consumer Non-Cyclicals sector, Media and Entertainment sub-sector. Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk is acting as the participating administrator and lead underwriter. Originally founded as PT RNR Film Internasional, the company changed its name to PT Rans Entertainmen Indonesia effective 7 July 2021. It began commercial operations in 2018, initially based in Kemang, South Jakarta, before relocating in February 2025 to the RANS Office Building in BSD City, Tangerang. RANS operates an integrated business ecosystem encompassing media, entertainment, intellectual property (IP) management, events, and supporting businesses through subsidiaries and strategic investments. The company positions itself as an IP-based entertainment and audience distribution platform, with interconnected business lines generating diverse revenue streams. Financially, the company’s cash and cash equivalents rose to Rp100.13 billion at the end of 2025, up from Rp91.07 billion in 2024 and Rp63.71 billion in 2023. However, net cash from operating activities fell 37.75 percent to Rp37.68 billion in 2025 from Rp60.54 billion the previous year, primarily due to reduced customer receipts from year-end credit sales. Cash flow from investing activities turned positive to Rp154.21 billion in 2025 from a negative Rp6.19 billion in 2024, driven by the repayment of long-term receivables from related parties and refunds of asset purchase advances. Cash used in financing activities increased to Rp182.83 billion in 2025 from Rp25.12 billion in 2024, mainly due to dividend payments and bank loan repayments. RANS’s business is supported by four main segments: media content production and distribution, IP management and commercial activation, event and experiential entertainment, and supporting businesses and strategic investments. In media, the company distributes content across television, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms, with its social media ecosystem reaching over 155 million followers. Key IP assets include Cipungland, Petualangan Monstar Cipung, and Cipung & Mama Gigi. In 2025, Cipungland attracted 42,298 visitors across events in Bekasi and Karawang. The company has also organised more than 20 events over the past four years, including Jajarans, Lagi Lagi Tenis, and RANS Carnival. The 2025 RANS Carnival in West Bandung drew 57,386 visitors, Malang 22,614, and Makassar 21,394. RANS currently holds 11 subsidiaries and 4 associate entities spanning advertising, event organising, cosmetics trading, sound recording media reproduction, restaurants, and amusement parks. In terms of governance, Nagita Slavina Tengker serves as President Director, with Darwin Cyril Noerhadi as President Commissioner and Ambono Janurianto as Independent Commissioner. Nagita has committed to remaining as President Director for at least three years following the share listing. Through the IPO, RANS aims to strengthen its capital structure to support the development of its media, entertainment, IP management, event, and other business lines.
