RANS Entertainment Shareholders: Dony Oskaria and Kaesang Among Investors Ahead of IPO
RANS Entertainment, owned by Raffi Ahmad, will soon be listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). According to the prospectus on the e-IPO BEI website, several public officials and politicians are recorded as shareholders of RANS Entertainment.
Prior to the public offering, the largest shareholder in RANS Entertainment is Raffi Ahmad, with 7.93 billion shares or 78.68 percent. The second largest shareholder is PT Indonesia Entertainment Grup with 911 million shares or 9.04 percent. Soultan Ariq Rachman follows with 345 million shares or 3.43 percent.
Danantara Chief Operating Officer and Head of the State-Owned Enterprise Regulatory Body, Dony Oskaria, is also listed as a shareholder with a portion of 345 million shares or 3.42 percent. Sutanto Hartono holds 144 million shares or 1.43 percent.
Raffi Ahmad’s wife, Nagita Slavina, is also recorded as a shareholder in RANS Entertainment. She owns 124 million shares or 1.24 percent. Meanwhile, Chairman of the Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI), Kaesang Pangarep, holds 115 million shares or 1.14 percent.
The next shareholder is Himkat Janika, who is recorded as owning 86 million shares or 0.86 percent. Meanwhile, PT Ekonomi Baru Investasi Teknologi holds 76 million shares or 0.76 percent.
Through the initial public offering, RANS Entertainment hopes to raise a maximum of IDR 429.25 billion. RANS Entertainment plans to release 2.5 billion shares or 20.02 percent of the total listed shares. The initial offering period or bookbuilding will take place from 23 to 25 June 2026.
