RANS Entertainment Plans IPO, Offers 2.5 Billion Shares

Media and entertainment company PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia Tbk., owned by Raffi Ahmad, will soon list on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IPO). The issuer, under the ticker code Rans Entertainment, is offering 25.25 million lots of shares, or 2.5 billion shares, representing 20.02 percent of the total listed shares. According to information on the e-IPO page, the offered share price ranges from Rp 135 to Rp 170 per share. Through this initial public offering, RANS Entertainment hopes to raise up to Rp 429.25 billion. The underwriter for this IPO is PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia. The initial offering period, or bookbuilding, will take place from 23 to 25 June 2026, while the share listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is scheduled for 10 July 2026. Rans Entertainment’s business activities encompass a media ecosystem, entertainment, intellectual property, and events. The company was originally established under the name PT RNR Film Internasional and changed its name to PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia on 7 July 2021. It began commercial operations in 2018, originally located in Kemang, South Jakarta. However, as of 21 February 2025, the Rans Entertainment office has relocated to Bumi Serpong Damai, South Tangerang.
