RANS Entertainment IPO: Raffi Ahmad Seeks Fresh Funds of IDR 429 Billion

The media and entertainment company owned by celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, PT Rans Entertainmen Indonesia Tbk (RANS), has officially commenced its initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Based on information disclosure released on Tuesday (23/6), the company has set an initial offering price range (book building) of between IDR 135 and IDR 170 per share. The book-building period is scheduled to take place briefly, from 23 June to 25 June 2026. RANS will be listed in the non-primary consumer goods sector under the entertainment and movie production sub-sector. The company’s business model focuses on intellectual property (IP) management and integrated audience distribution through various business lines such as media, events, and a holding company. Currently, the company is domiciled at the RANS Office Building, Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) Complex, South Tangerang. This IPO move is expected to strengthen RANS’s capital structure in developing the digital and creative entertainment ecosystem in Indonesia.
