Ramadan: Kahf Encourages Indonesian Men to Maintain Consistency Through 'Bener Bareng'
Ramadan is often a moment for reflection and the start of positive change. However, maintaining consistency over 30 days is not straightforward, especially when pursued alone. Based on this premise, Kahf, a men’s grooming brand from Paragon Corp, has launched a Ramadan campaign entitled ‘Bener Bareng’ (Getting Better Together).
This movement invites Indonesian men to support one another in maintaining consistency to become better, not only during Ramadan but also afterwards. The campaign was officially introduced through the Kahf Ramadan Gathering 2026: Bener Bareng, designed as a space for reflection and a safe environment for men to pause, set aside their egos, and restart their Ramadan journey together.
CEO of Paragon Corp, Harman Subakat, explained that becoming better outwardly must be aligned with becoming genuine inwardly. “Being good on the outside must align with being true on the inside, and this cannot be done alone. That’s why we call it: Bener Bareng. Ramadan is a pit stop to realign intentions and strengthen resolve in building a generation of men who understand their role,” said Subakat in a statement on Wednesday, 25 February 2026.
Kahf’s Brand Representative, Billy Dharmawan, stated that the campaign emerged from a simple concern. “Many men want to improve themselves, but often feel uncomfortable or lack confidence to start. When done together, the process feels lighter. Bener Bareng is about brotherhood and mutual support,” explained Dharmawan.
The movement resonates with current youth culture, where community serves as a space for growth. From sports communities and gaming groups to automotive forums and creative collectives, Generation Z is accustomed to moving collectively. Ramadan becomes an opportunity to channel this collective spirit towards more meaningful purposes.
As part of the Bener Bareng movement, Kahf has introduced several cross-country and cross-platform initiatives. One notable initiative is Kahf Global Iftar, held in five countries with a total of 2,000 participants, including collaboration with the Ramadan Tent Project in the United Kingdom.
In Indonesia, this initiative has expanded to 26 cities as a gathering space for male communities to share, learn, and support one another during Ramadan.
On the spiritual front, Kahf has partnered with Yayasan AMM, the publisher of the Iqro learning method, to present Iqro Redesign, which encourages people to begin learning the Qur’an from scratch. This programme is realised through Benerin Bacaan Quran Bareng Ngajilah.id with 255 participants, focusing on improving recitation of Al-Fatihah and the three shortest surahs most frequently read in prayer.
In the digital and creative sphere, Kahf has launched the Kahf Creator Collab Series with four content creators: @hij.lens, @luthfihinelo, @mesh.virwani, and @gemaaw, who interpret the meaning of “Bener Bareng” through their own narratives.
A live podcast session titled Building Impact Through Community featuring Raditya Dika and the band Perunggu further reinforces the message that no significant journey is built alone. “If you travel alone, you may go quickly, but together you can go further. I see Bener Bareng as a positive invitation to push each other to become better,” said Raditya Dika.
Following Jakarta, Kahf continues the Bener Bareng movement through Global Open Iftar events in various cities worldwide, including Makkah, Madinah, London, New York, and Chiba. The movement also features a digital challenge throughout Ramadan to encourage Indonesian men to maintain their commitment to good actions over the full 30 days.
Complementing this year’s Ramadan campaign, Kahf has collaborated with illustrator Sarkodit to create exclusive Ramadan hampers available from 25 February through various e-commerce platforms. These hamper packages include Kahf products that can be customised according to men’s skincare needs, making them a relevant and personal gift choice during the holy month.
This Ramadan, Kahf invites Indonesian men to no longer walk alone. Becoming better feels lighter when done together.
