RAJA records US$131.2 million revenue in first half of 2026

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) recorded revenue of US$131.2 million, representing a 2.8 per cent growth compared to US$127.6 million during the same period last year (year-on-year).

“Our growth direction is clear: strengthening the businesses we have mastered, expanding our role in the energy value chain, and preparing steps towards renewable energy,” said the President Director of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk, Djauhar Maulidi, during a public expose held online in Jakarta on Thursday.

Djauhar stated that this revenue growth was accompanied by an increase in profitability, with EBITDA rising 46.5 per cent to US$57.3 million.

Meanwhile, the company’s net profit also surged by 88 per cent to US$28.9 million, up from US$15.4 million in the first half of 2025.

He noted that this performance was supported by the contribution of the Sengkang gas compressor project, which has been in commercial operation since December 2025.

Furthermore, other supporting factors for this performance included increased investment income from the Cepu Block following the rise in oil prices, as well as investment income contributions from the Hafar Group and gains from the acquisition of participating interests in the Madura Block.

“In line with business development, the company’s total assets increased to US$626.2 million at the end of June 2026, from US$477.6 million at the end of 2025,” said Djauhar.

To provide added value to shareholders, RAJA has set a total dividend for the 2025 fiscal year of Rp65 per share, consisting of an interim dividend of Rp25 and a final dividend of Rp40, an increase from Rp60 per share for the previous fiscal year.

In July 2026, the company also implemented a stock split with a ratio of 1:5 to support the expansion of the investor base and increase the trading liquidity of RAJA shares on the exchange.
