Rahayu Saraswati Sells 48.97 Million TRIN Shares
Jakarta — Rahayu Saraswati Djojohadikusumo, chairman of PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk (TRIN), has reduced her shareholding in the property company through her entity PT Satya Devya.
According to disclosure documents dated 8 March 2026, PT Satya Devya conducted a series of share sales in TRIN between December 2025 and February 2026.
Prior to the transaction, shareholding was recorded at 182,058,300 shares, equivalent to 4% of voting rights. After the sale, the stake decreased to 133,086,672 shares, or approximately 2.92% of voting rights.
In total, 48,971,628 TRIN shares were divested through several transactions. The share sales were conducted in stages for personal transaction purposes.
The transactions were structured as follows: On 19 December 2025, 10,000 shares were sold at IDR850 per share. On 30 December 2025, 350,000 shares were sold at IDR1,135 per share. On 2 January 2026, 250,000 shares were divested at IDR1,250 per share.
On 5 January 2026, 1,300,000 shares were sold at IDR1,395 per share. Two days later on 7 January 2026, a further 400,000 shares were divested at IDR1,875 per share.
On 20 January 2026, 150,000 shares were sold at IDR1,650 per share.
The largest transaction occurred on 5 February 2026, when 46,511,628 shares were divested at IDR1,075 per share.
Based on the prices in each transaction, the total sale value is estimated at approximately IDR53.53 billion.
Previously, Rahayu had acquired 182,058,300 shares at IDR200 per share for strategic cooperation purposes on 16 December 2025.
This means that, assuming a purchase price of IDR200, Rahayu has realised a profit of 446.78%, or approximately IDR43.74 billion.
The disclosure also confirms that the reporting party is not a controlling shareholder in TRIN.
