Online booking requires downloading the ‘Ragunan Zoo’ app from the Play Store, registering with OTP verification, selecting visit date, ticket quantity, and vehicle type, then paying via available methods. QR tickets must be presented at the entrance. Prepaid cards are available with balances of Rp20,000 (priced at Rp45,000) or Rp50,000 (priced at Rp75,000). The digital system aims to expedite entry during crowded holiday and weekend periods.
