Ragnarok Zero: Global Opens First Open Beta Test for Global PC Server
Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, (ANTARA/PRNewswire) — GRAVITY GAME UNITE SDN. BHD. officially held the first Open Beta Test (OBT) for Ragnarok Zero: Global from 20 May 2026.
Ragnarok Zero: Global is the first global PC service within the Ragnarok franchise, uniting players from Southeast Asia, Europe, and Oceania on a single global server. For the first time, adventurers from various regions will once again explore Midgard together.
Holding the official licence from Gravity Co., Ltd., the game delivers the classic Ragnarok Online experience with updates designed to make gameplay feel more modern while not losing the iconic nostalgia of the old MMORPG.
Unlike many modern MMORPGs, Ragnarok Zero: Global uses a subscription-based model to reduce pay-to-win and excessive monetisation. With this system, players can enjoy a more balanced and immersive gameplay experience. During the OBT period, all players can try the game for free.
This Open Beta Test (OBT) is the world’s first opportunity for players worldwide to explore the world of Midgard in Ragnarok Zero: Global before its official launch.
