RAFI 2026 Operations Centre Established to Manage Ramadhan and Eid Transaction Surge
PT Finnet Indonesia has established the Ramadhan and Eid Festive Period (RAFI) 1447 H / 2026 M operations centre to ensure smooth digital transaction services from Ramadhan through Eid al-Fitr. The centre functions as an operational monitoring hub responsible for maintaining system stability, transaction security, and service infrastructure reliability amid anticipated surges in digital activity.
The RAFI 2026 operations centre is located on the 51st floor of Telkom Landmark Tower in Jakarta. Through this centre, the company conducts intensive monitoring of various operational aspects of digital services. Reconciliation and settlement processes are also crucial components of oversight to ensure that every transaction conducted by partners and users is recorded and processed accurately.
This measure has been taken as a precaution against the increase in digital transaction volumes that typically occur during Ramadhan through Eid al-Fitr. To maintain optimal service performance, Finnet has prepared a standby team working in rotating shifts over 24 hours to monitor system performance and respond quickly to any disruptions.
Irfan Budi Ramadhan, head of the RAFI 2026 operations centre, stated that the establishment of the centre represents a strategic step by the company to ensure Finnet services remain accessible safely and stably during the increased transaction activity from Ramadhan through Eid al-Fitr. “Through this RAFI Operations Centre, we ensure all Finnet services remain in optimal condition during the Ramadhan to Eid period. Standby teams from various units will conduct intensive monitoring of system performance, transaction security, and infrastructure stability, enabling all partners and users to continue conducting transactions safely and comfortably,” Irfan said on Saturday, 14 March.
Apep MK Noormansyah, Director of Technology, Product and Operations and Acting Director of Finance and Risk Management at Finnet, emphasised that system readiness and cross-team coordination are critical factors in maintaining digital service reliability, particularly during periods with high transaction volumes. “The Ramadhan and Eid period is a time when transaction activity tends to increase significantly. Therefore, system readiness, infrastructure, and coordination of operational teams are extremely important to keep Finnet services reliable, secure, and able to provide optimal transaction experiences for all partners and users,” said Apep.
Beyond monitoring internal readiness, Finnet’s management has also held discussions with the board of PT Infomedia during a working visit to the Infomedia office in Fatmawati. The meeting discussed the readiness of the FinpayCare team in supporting service operations, particularly regarding customer and partner support during the RAFI period.
Through the RAFI 1447 H / 2026 M operations centre, Finnet hopes to maintain smooth operation of digital services throughout Ramadhan to Eid al-Fitr. With support from standby teams and reliable technology infrastructure, the company is committed to ensuring that every public transaction proceeds safely, smoothly, and reliably during the Eid season.
