Raffi Ahmad's RANS Entertainment Prepares for IPO, Shareholders Include Dony Oskaria and Kaesang Pangarep

Raffi Ahmad’s company, PT Rans Entertainmen Indonesia Tbk (RANS), is preparing to hold an initial public offering (IPO) of shares. The company is offering a maximum of 2,525,000,000 shares, representing 20.02% of its capital. The initial offering price is set in the range of Rp 135-170 per share, bringing the total maximum value to Rp 429.25 billion. Raffi Ahmad is currently listed as the majority shareholder in RANS. Additionally, names such as Dony Oskaria and Kaesang Pangarep appear among the shareholders. According to RANS’s summary IPO prospectus, Raffi Ahmad holds 78.68% of the company’s shares. PT Indonesia Entertainmen Grup holds 9.04%, Soultan Ariq Rachman 3.43%, Dony Oskaria 3.42%, Sutanto Hartono 1.43%, Nagita Slavina 1.24%, Kaesang Pangarep 1.14%, Hikmat Janika 0.86%, and PT Ekonomi Baru Investasi Teknologi 0.76%. For the 2025 financial year, RANS recorded revenue of Rp 353.37 billion, down from Rp 410.49 billion in 2024. Net profit for the year 2025 was Rp 56.68 billion, also a decline from Rp 97.06 billion the previous year. Trimegah Sekuritas is acting as the lead underwriter for the securities issuance, with the book building period scheduled for 23 June 2026 to 25 June 2026. At its founding, the company was named PT RNR Film Internasional. The name was subsequently changed to PT Rans Entertainmen Indonesia, effective 7 July 2021. The company operates within an integrated ecosystem of media, entertainment, intellectual property (IP), events, and supporting businesses, managed through subsidiary entities and strategic investments. Its business model is developed as an IP-based entertainment platform with audience distribution, where each business line complements and reinforces the others in creating economic value. The company began commercial operations in 2018, originally based on Jl. Kemang, South Jakarta. As of 21 February 2025, the company is domiciled at the RANS Office Building, Bumi Serpong Damai Complex, CBD Block Lot VIII, No. 12, Lengkong Gudang Village, Serpong District, South Tangerang City.
