PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia Tbk has officially been listed as a public company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The issuer, with the stock code RANS, conducted its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the IDX on Friday, 10 July 2026.

RANS founder Raffi Ahmad explained the company’s journey before its listing on the exchange. “The RANS journey began in 2016, from an office in a house garage,” he said at a press conference in Jakarta on Friday, 10 July 2026.

As time went on, Raffi said his followers on social media grew in number. He realised that many Indonesians continually prayed for his prosperity and that of his family.

With the support of ever-growing follower numbers, RANS developed rapidly and gave rise to business opportunities expanding across various sectors. “Because it is blessed by the whole of society, RANS can today be owned by all Indonesians,” said Raffi.

Previously, Raffi said the company was named PT R&R Film International. It subsequently changed its name to PT RANS Entertainment Indonesia on 7 July 2021.

Before conducting the IPO, the company targeted funds of Rp 429.25 billion. At the initial listing of its shares, RANS offered 2,525,000,000 new shares, or 20.02 percent of its fully paid-up capital, at an offer price of Rp 170 per share.

The proceeds from the IPO will be allocated to various corporate actions. These include staging concerts, acquiring a 51 percent stake in PT Rans Kosmetika Indonesia, and developing the Cipungland play and learning park.

Further allocations include investment in an artificial intelligence-based joint venture with PT Feedloop Global Teknologi, partial repayment of investment credit facilities, and strengthening the working capital of PT RANS Nikmat Sejahtera.
