Queue quandary
Queue quandary
From Bisnis Indonesia
I am often annoyed by people who do not care to line up for public services. Unwillingness to queue can be noticed in such places as cinemas, banks and at telephone billing counters. It is most obvious on the roads.
It is beyond my comprehension to see smart-looking people force their way through a crowd to break a line. I attended a wedding party at which a man and his family suddenly broke into the reception line. I could do nothing to stop the queue breakers but grumbled over their uncivilized behavior.
Etiquette should be introduced at an early age by the family. Good conduct will then be carried into adult life.
