Quality school?

Quality school?

Minister of Research and Technology B.J. Habibie praised the
quality of the Senior High School of Soposurung, North Sumatra,
of which I am proud as a North Sumatran.

But I was surprised to read a news item in a newspaper
published in Medan, North Sumatra, that tens of students from
this school often have to attend test guidance/preparation
programs organized by a foundation outside the school. This has
left me to doubt the school's real state of achievement.
