Quality of the 'Post'

I am disappointed with The Jakarta Post following the Post's decision to raise the newspaper's price. In spite of the price hike the quality of the ink used for the paper is declining.

Every time I have finished reading the paper my hands become dirty because of the poor quality of the ink. Please, look into the matter. As a leading English newspaper in the country you should give due consideration on the convenience of the readers while reading the paper.

You pride yourself in being the biggest English paper in Indonesia, but you have the least concern over the service rendered to the readers. Shame on you!
