Quality of Berri juice

Through this letter I would like to attract the attention of the producers of Berri Indosari. On April 29 I poured a glass of unsweetened Berri Orange Juice from a two-liter bottle. I was shocked because it was already mildly fermented. The house maid told me that even when she opened the bottle for the first time the previous day, fumes came from the bottle. I checked the expiry date -- it was May 23, 2003.

I have been buying Berri juice for several years now, and for years the quality has been very good. But recently, I have to say, there has been a significant drop in quality. Berri orange juice often remains good for only a week, sometimes only three to four days, if the bottle has been opened.

I hope that Berri Indosari and Berri Limited will continue to make sure that they offer only the best quality juice to their consumers.
