Quality human resources needed

JAKARTA (JP): Deputy Governor for Administrative Affairs
Idroes reiterated the need for quality human resources so that
development efforts will not be obstructed by humans or natural
disasters.

Speaking during an assembly of leading officials of the Civil
Defense Force (Hansip) at City Hall, Idroes said yesterday
quality human resources are imperative in dealing with
environmental destruction by mankind or natural disasters.

He called on all members of the force to duly live up to its
name in protecting the people.

"You have to instill a high degree of discipline in yourselves
and set good examples for other people to follow," Idroes said.
