QJMotor SRK 125 R1 Launched, 125cc Sport Motorcycle Equipped with Winglets

QJMotor, the Chinese automotive manufacturer, has again drawn attention by launching their latest entry-level sport motorcycle, the SRK 125 R1. Notably, this small-displacement bike is equipped with components typically found on high-performance machines — aerodynamic winglets. Citing Visordown, the winglets on this 125cc sport bike have elicited a rapid range of responses; the aggressive winglets mounted on the front fairing give it a look akin to a pure racing motorcycle. Despite the debate surrounding the winglets, the SRK 125 R1’s overall aesthetics appear quite proportionate and sporty. The bike, which was showcased at the Canton Fair in April, features specifications that are competitive within its class. Its powertrain is said to produce around 15 bhp, a figure aligned with the maximum limit for beginner license categories in Europe. The bike weighs about 144 kg. In terms of handling, QJMotor has not held back, with the SRK 125 R1 equipped with upside-down front forks and a braking system relying on a four-piston caliper. The ride quality is further aided by a seat height of 785 mm, tailored to daily riders. As a QJMotor product, the sport bike is expected to carry a price that is highly competitive relative to its class. While there has been no official confirmation of its availability in global markets such as the UK, its European arrival is anticipated to be only a matter of time, given that its predecessor, the SRK 125 R, has already entered the market.
