Q2 2025 Investment Realisation Reaches Rp477.7 Trillion, Up 11.5 Per Cent Year-on-Year
Investment realisation in the second quarter of 2025 was recorded at Rp477.7 trillion, rising 11.5 per cent year-on-year.
Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) Rosan Roeslani noted that the figure represented 25.1 per cent of this year's target of Rp1,905.6 trillion. The investment was also recorded as having created 665,764 jobs.
Foreign Direct Investment (PMA) accounted for Rp202.2 trillion or 42.3 per cent of the total, whilst Domestic Direct Investment (PMDN) was significantly higher at Rp275.5 trillion or 57.7 per cent of the target.
According to BKPM, investment realisation outside Java was greater than on the island of Java. Investment outside Java reached Rp240.2 trillion or 50.3 per cent of total realisation, whilst Java accounted for only Rp237.5 trillion or 49.7 per cent.
