Putera, you rock!

Around 7:30 p.m. on Aug. 10, I took a Putera cab to take me
and my family from Depok Maharaja to Kebon Kacang, by Pak Saidi
(car No. 1127). Like my previous experience with Putera, I got
another kind and polite driver.

On the next day, before I made my call to Putera to make an
inquiry about my wallet that I accidentally dropped in the cab,
Pak Odang, the security guy from Putera's pool in Cileungsi rang
to inform me that Pak Saidi came to him to submit the wallet. Pak
Odang then initially tried to look for my mobile telephone number
in the wallet and reached me right away. He even gave his
telephone number for further inquiry on the contents of my
wallet.

Since I couldn't come to Cileungsi that day, they arranged to
have Pak Edwin, one of the employees at the Cileungsi pool (who
happens to live around Lenteng Agung) to meet me at their Lenteng
Agung (Jl Langgar) pool to return my wallet. I had my wallet,
with every single thing in it, within hours after the call.

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart to the cool,
three good-hearted musketeers: Pak Saidi, Pak Odang and Pak
Edwin. I was deeply impressed with your honesty, sincerity and
the way you take care of people's belonging. I am even more
convinced of which cab company I can trust. You rock, guys!
