Purworejo MPP Services Soar, BKPM Evaluation Score Jumps 21 Points
The licensing and investment service performance of the Purworejo Regency Government showed a significant improvement in 2026. The Public Satisfaction Survey (SKM) for the One-Stop Integrated Service (PTSP) and Acceleration of Business Implementation (PPB) reached 96 per cent, leading the region to achieve a score of 92.734 and rank 44th nationally based on the Decree of the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/Head of BKPM Number 209/S of 2026. “Getting a ranking of 44th with a score of 92.734. There was an increase of 21.401. We competed with 415 regencies/cities across Indonesia. It is not the best, because the best score is 98, achieved by Dharmasraya Regency,” said the Head of the Purworejo Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP), Gatot Suprapto, when met at his office on Thursday (6/8/2026). According to Gatot, this achievement increased by 21.401 points compared to the evaluation results in 2024. The increase is an indicator that the quality of public services and licensing governance in Purworejo Regency continues to improve. The commitment to improving services is realised through the optimisation of the Purworejo Regency Public Service Mall (MPP). Currently, the MPP houses 31 integrated service outlets with hundreds of types of services from various agencies. The operational patterns of each outlet are adjusted to the characteristics of the institution, ranging from services every working day to periodic services to expand public access. Gatot said that the services most utilised by the public are BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Immigration services are also available, capable of serving around 20 applicants daily without the public needing to visit the immigration office. He stressed that the score and ranking achievements are not the final goal, but rather an evaluation tool to ensure that licensing services are faster, easier, more transparent, and provide legal certainty for the public and business actors. “This achievement is not the end, but serves as evaluation material so that services in the future are even better,” said Gatot. The Purworejo Regency Government is committed to making continuous improvements so that the MPP’s existence is more effective in encouraging the investment climate while providing higher quality public services for the community.
