If you want to do something, do it as fully and as well as
possible to ensure you get the desired result.

When the general public, along with university students,
rallied together to topple the Soeharto regime, it was only
Soeharto who stepped down, while his henchmen and cronies
remained in the legislative, executive and judiciary
institutions. The result has been that the multi-faceted crisis
still persists to this day.

When will the crisis end? Reformist students should purge the
bureaucracies of all parasitic New Order elements if the reform
program is to bring about the desired results.
